Hello, and welcome to BHB Sports Nutrition! My name is Mark Clayton. I’m a Certified Sports Nutrition Adviser and have been a line Firefighter for over 30 years now. I believe in hard work and I enjoy competitive sports and all things adventure! If not continuously addressed, the high physical demands of Firefighting and elite level sports can bring on disease and health degradation. I aim to change that for my clients!
