As the age old saying goes, “Use it or Loose it!” By doing exercise (body resistance training, or sweating from a strenuous or vigorous movement, not just activity) on a daily basis or at least 5 days a week, we can clear out toxins, improve our mobility, and stimulate growth of our cells. When we keep this anabolic state in motion, our bodies build better cells. When we start going down the path of inactivity or become sedentary our bodies go into a catabolic state and start shutting all our systems down.
